Meadow is more than a place to work—it’s a neighborhood clubhouse where creativity, connection, and good coffee flow freely. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Associate to be the first face our members and guests see when they walk through the door.
You’ll be the person who knows people’s names, answers questions before they’re asked, and keeps our spaces running smoothly. From managing the front desk to keeping things tidy and stocked, you’ll help make Meadow feel like a second home.
Start Date: Training Thursday 8/21 & Friday 8/22
Shifts Begin: Week of 8/25
Compensation: $18/hr
Hours: 10–15 hrs/week
Shifts Available: Opening (7:30am–12:30pm), Mid (12:30pm–4:30pm), Closing (4:30pm–9:30pm)
Locations: Meadow Fig & York Manor
Weekend Availability: Required (Saturdays & Sundays)
What You’ll Do
- Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism (bonus points for remembering names).
- Manage the front desk—answer calls, respond to emails, and connect people with the right person or resource.
- Process payments for memberships, bookings, and other services using our POS system.
- Assist with booking private rooms and answering event inquiries.
- Keep the space looking and feeling great—clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Address client concerns with professionalism and tact, looping in management when needed.
- Support the Meadow team with light administrative and cleaning tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills—clear, friendly, and professional in person and in writing.
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale software.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage your time well.
- Friendly, approachable, and genuinely happy to help others.
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and some evenings.
